MOD documents were found at a bus stop in Kent.  Documents discussed the likely response of Russia if a british warship went on a Cruise near Crimea .  Lucky the documents were handed in to BBC.  Why not the MOD?

The document also discussed the removal of british troops from Afganistan, and maybe leaving some special forces there.  Everyone feels safer so.

I know if you pay for goods with a Credit card over the internet and you don't get the goods you are protected.  Does the same happen if you use a Debit card?  Am I hoping in vain?

I ask this because of all the credit rating ads on TV.  Credit score aps that will let you know what credit cards you can apply for.
