Great under 16 final on Saturday between Ardboe and Donaghmore, with the young Rossa lads coming out on top by a point.Michael Forbes gave an outstanding display at midfield for Ardboe while Adrian Cush's young fella scored very heavily for Donaghmore.
An intense rivalry building between both sides at youth level  these last few years.

Mulgrew should not have been playing yesterday. Was badly hampered with injury in the build up to the game,as were Michael O'Neill and Kyle Coney.
Coalisland the better and stronger team, our full back line struggled all night while our forwards particularly in the 2nd half gave up possession when on the attack.Disappointing night for the Rossa but best of luck to Coalisland moving forward.
Four really good games to look forward to.Would be swaying towards Trillick at this stage but will be keeping my money in my pocket!

Very impressed with Trillick in Ardboe yesterday.
Niall Gormley rolled back the years with a devastating display of scoring.
Ryan Gray was immense with Lee Brennan hitting a brilliant goal and some sublime frees.
Best side we have played this year. Will be some battle with themselves and Dromore in the first round.

It's a pity CJ's transfer to Ardboe wasn't pushed through in time.
Would have been nice seeing him up against former team mates.

3rd win of the year over them Derry heurs and it's only May😛
Tyrone found another gear once Derry went in front and closed it out comfortably.
A spirited showing from Derry, who will be a team to be reckoned with in a couple of years time. Some good young footballers coming through the ranks.

I was disappointed that Ardboe only took the lead in injury time.
Our men hit a serious amount of wides from very scoreable positions.
Great to see so many kids on the field at half time.Well done to Carmen,a great idea.

Was sat beside an elderly Cavan man last night.
He got up and left shortly after Kyle Coney's point, saying he was going home happy after witnessing such a score.
Reckoned it was the greatest point he's seen since Edward Carolan's in the 1952 All Ireland final.

Depressing stuff altogether yesterday.
I don't like to single out individual players for criticism as I wasn't up to much in my own playing days.I couldn't have kicked praties from a Sow.But I would be extremely worried with a lot of what I saw yesterday.

Surely Mickey has to start Kyle Coney in this one.
Showed well in his last 2 substitute appearances.

Mickey won a Tyrone SFC medal in 1991 with Clonoe O'Rahilly's.
