Quote from: InnocentByStander on November 24, 2023, 01:45:32 PMShows how little togetherness and community their is in their club, theres a number of people in my own club do this without without having to be asked or taking money.

And im sure many other clubs are the same.

GPOs? Fair played to them.

A brilliant move by St. Brigid's. Can't see how people on here can slag and think of it as a negative thing. I'd love us to have one in our club.

This has to be up there

Some great ballers on that Galway team, Donnellan and Ja Fallon were full of skill.

An amazing team! That has to be the best team goal in GAA and the finish for the goal was better than Mugsy's  ;)

Am I the only one who has always thought this was a slighty overrated goal!
Not too many better that I can think of as much as I hate to say it.

If it was in the top corner I would agree but was just head down and blast it down the middle. The run was brilliant. Mugsy was out of form at the time, if I remember correctly and this kick started his season again. What a brilliant era of football.

League football has been gloried friendlies this past few years. There are a few teams going full pelt at it and then there are others who are literally playing about 3 players who will start on their championship team. Not sure what the answer is.

Quote from: ONeill on October 29, 2023, 09:06:10 AMI know he'd train differently for Usyk and his mindset would be different, but thought Fury looked a bit aged yesterday.

Those fights with Wilder has to take a toll.

He'd also have a ridiculous size advantage over him.

Quote from: bennydorano on October 27, 2023, 08:39:02 AMA great compilation clip to start your day, 25 years ago today Lubo moravcik was signed, undoubtedly one of the best bits of business ever conducted by Celtic (I would say the best only for the Larsson signing). Loved watching him, one of the best I've watched in the flesh.

I loved Lubo! What a talent and unreal that he was never picked up by a big club sooner. He was approaching the twilight of his career when he joined Celtic!

Quote from: tonto1888 on July 20, 2023, 04:54:37 PMAnybody doing hyrox in Dublin?

https://hyrox.com/

seen a bit bout Hyrox on instagram, is it like CrossFit?

It is a fitness race. There will be some crossover but every hyrox follows the same set up. 8x1Km run with a fitness station after each run. The fitness stations are the same regardless of where the race is or when

I love it and brilliant for most people into fitness with very little to worry about in terms of technique. CrossFit is a disaster for people using shit technique when it comes to the olympic lifting, with hyrox you don't really have any of that. It's a complete money racket all the same!!
