Small can of red bull £1.75

Most of the packets of buns/cakes etc are near £4

Where is this going to end.

24 packs of Coke/Diet Coke are usually £7.50 in the likes of Asda and Tesco so it's madness to buy a single can unless you are absolutely stuck.

Hendersons are the biggest rip-off in the country and should be boycotted. Shop in Lidl etc and buy their own brands for the most stuff. Its have the price and less and tastes the same. £2.10 for mustard in my local Hendersons, its £55p in Lidl and tastes better.

You'd need a loan to shop in Mullan's Spar in Armagh. Mad prices.

I can't get my missus talked into shopping outside of Sainsburys or buying own brand as she has this very old fashioned "yellow pack" view that they can't possibly be as good despite me telling her that in a lot of instances it's the same stuff from the same factory!

Lidl own called Batts are brilliant at mayo, sauces, etc

Those other places are ripping us off

and the coke is always a rip off unless you buy the 2L bottles .
i've been in shops where 500ml bottles were actually more expensive than 2ltr ones

The only way to get inflation down and put a bit of smacht on it is to raise interest rates until inflation collapses. That is not good for house prices.
There is going to be a pretty big recession next year, linked to interest rates.

Yeah, you'd think if interest rates go up a few %, it would create a lot of problems for people.

House prices could stall which, in itself, wouldn't be a bad thing. It has to stop somewhere. I think up on average 11% from this time last year.

House prices have gone daft down south and they are heading that direction up north. I wouldn’t fancy being a first time buyer.
