Anyone know what Laois lads are in both hurling and football squads?

Big fan of the concept and shoud be promoted more than the International rules. The idea of having the semis and final on the Friday and Saturday the All Ireland weekend is a great idea

Don Draper

Johnno Donie and Digger with the footballers, Digger on the bench.

Cha and Matt with the hurlers, Matt on the bench.

No football title since 2006. Tis time, methinks. With Dublin so strong, surely we should be winning these nowadays.

Much prefer the Interpros to the International Rules but I don't really see a future for them to be honest.

The All-Ireland weekend is a shocking proposal as it would be right in the middle of club championships. Club players are already treated abysmally by Croke Park; this would be another kick in the teeth.

The fact that the most dominant football team in Leinster has half as many reps on the football team, as its hurling equivalent, resonates a lot of Portlaoise's attitude towards Laois.

SCFC

John Small and Davy Byrne! Joke really. Dublin should have 7 or 8 lads on the starting 15.

Was in thurlas tonight, munster 2-20 leinster 2-16 value for money, cha got 2 or 3 points and played well from open play in general, matthew whelan came on as a sub and was out of his depth to be fair but was really impressed by the full back, didnt get his name but he was a westmeath hurler on callanan and held his own in plenty of 50/50 balls
