Antrim, Derry, Leitrim, Limerick, London, Waterford, Wexford, Wicklow
I'm assuming we're odds on favorites. I'm honestly not sure who the other favorites for promotion would be? One of Antrim, Limerick and Wexford maybe?
Will be interesting to see how Leitrim get on this year, there seems to be a sense of optimism about them at the moment that was absent pretty much since the Moran/Morrison days. Could be titling at promotion if it comes right. But Derry really ought to be making a swift return to D3.
To Win
Derry 4/7
Wexford 6/1
Leitrim 7/1
Limerick 9/1
Antrim 10/1
Wicklow 14/1
Waterford 25/1
London 66/1
To be Promoted
Derry 1/5
Wexford 13/8
Leitrim 2/1
Limerick 3/1
Antrim 10/3
Wicklow 9/2
Waterford 10/1
London 20/1
Nothing anyway appealing here.
The fact that the two relegated teams from last year are favourites to go back up says a lot about the standards, especially when you consider both of them lost their 2 championship games last year. The 2nd tier championship can't come fast enough in my opinion.

Good value for a few on the promotions odds there. The league is already our tiered competition BTW and Div 4 is rarely a high standard.
Love to see our neighbours Leitrim getting promotion, they have 4 home games and if they can beat Wexford in Pairc Sean next Sunday 7/1 will look a great bet, I am going to have a few bob on them.

I hope ye backed us :) Great win for the lads today
Just in the door from the Leitrim game. First half performance was poor a lot of basic handling errors. I'd have put that down to nerves as today was a huge game. Second half was unreal. 3-09 scored in the second half. Ryan O Rourke was sublime caused no end of trouble. Can't fault anyone today. But I think leitrim need to start one of darragh Rooney , Gary Plunkett, cillian Mc Gloin instead of possibly Damien Moran as I feel there pace and link up play with Ryan o Rourke would make that forward line even stronger

Serious scoring for this weekend - only Monaghan and Laois scored more than 3-9 and that was in two halves.
What happened Wexford - sounds like it a complete capitulation in the 2nd half -given they only scored 2 points ?
Delighted for Leitrim. Hopefully they can keep it up and get promoted.
Derry 0-19 London 1-09
Tremendous result from Aughrim. I admit to having reservations about the management appointment but I'm prepared to rescind these views. A battling performance that will instil confidence in the lads themselves.
Great result and full credit to all involved

Great battling result from Leitrim and great to see a bit of a buzz around our neighbouring county. Why did you have reservations about the management?

Just reservations on his defensive style of football with Cavan. Fair play to him he is working wonders at the moment.

Terry defensive style with Cavan was a myth propagated by lazy journalists and commentators.
Beat me to it Itchy. Anyone who watched Cavan in 2015/2016 couldn't say Cavan were defensive. Had to laugh at Colm Parkinson saying he hoped Leitrim would get promoted even if they play Terry Hyland's defensive football, all based on a catchy one liner by Joe Brolly that stuck.
He's an excellent manager who will make the absolute best of the players he has. Would love to see Leitrim getting promoted.
Go on the lovelies. Hope they get promoted.
Ryan O'Rourke playing great stuff at the moment. Mulligan should be back in couple wewks
Result:
Derry 2-12
Waterford 1-08
Read on twitter the derry ref wasn't too good. Mcatamney came on and near straight away he gave him a red for a second yellow but he never got a first ;D
Come on antrim and hold out for the last 5.
Ballix. One point defeat again. Not a good sporting weekend rugby aside :-\
Great heart by our lads to dig out result. Can't remember last time won first 3 league games.
60 mins played Limerick 0-9 Leitrim 0-11
Limerick 0-11 Leitrim 0-12 FT. Gary Plunkett kicked the winner for Leitrim in the 4th minute of injury time. 4 wins from 4 games for Leitrim and with London,Waterford to play at home they will surely get promoted now.
Well done to Leitrim some improvement under Terry Hyland.

Delighted for Terry, Where ever he has gone he has improved teams. Leitrim finished 2nd bottom last year. Emlyn mulligan must be regretting his negative comments at the championship draw now.
Gwan Leitrim, great to see the neighbours top the table.

This is Div 4.
Connacht SFC is "Senior Hurling" and Emlyn knows his lads aren't up to that.

So why do Ros bother with super 8s?
Negative talk like that has no place in a dressing room.
He said it in a TV studio ;)
Derry get the win over Limerick. 0-13 to 1-05. That should be us and Leitrim up.

Leitrim, while not yet promoted, are within a whisker.
Only need one point from the remaining 3 games to make sure promoted.
Might even get promoted even if they don't pick up any more points, given their head-to-head record.
Promotion confirmed. There won't be a cow milked between the Shannon and the Ocean. Tullaghan for the Ocean and Rooskey for the river.
Great story and result for our neighbours in Leitrim. Last year they finished 2nd bottom in Div4. This year they get Terry Hyland and win 5/5 and are promoted with 2 games to spare. That is an incredible turn around. Hyland gets results wherever he goes. Should be an interesting final with Derry.
Well done Leitrim. Great effort all round.
Looking forward to a good game in 2020 in the League.
I just dropped in to see you all
I'll only stay a while....
Results this afternoon. Wins for the two finalists.
Leitrim 1-20 Waterford 2-9
Derry 3-21 Wexford 4-16
Might head for Croker to see the neighbouring minnows ;D
I didn't but best wishes to them.
Be great to see them lifting a Cupeen in Croker.
Fair play to Leitrim good value for their lead after 20 minutes.
Leitrim are dominating around the middle but the wides killing them. 8 wide balls.

Yes wides are killing Leitrim. More wides than scores.
46 minutes played. Derry 0-15 Leitrim 0-10.
60 minutes played. Derry 0-17 Leitrim 0-12
FT Derry 0-20 Leitrim 0-16. Congrats to Derry and hard luck Leitrim.
Derry just that bit too good. Still there are some decent players in that Leitrim side. The Slaughtneil players really do stand out for Derry.
Derry just about deserved the win, Leitrim left to rue how wasteful they were first half. Even last year i wouldn't have expected Leitrim to get close to a side like Derry, good improvement they have made under Hyland and should give Roscommon a decent game in the Connacht championship.
Christ Derry are complete shoite!
Probably a bigger game for Leitrim!
