If he wins he has the mandate of any president who wins, the same as Trump the last time out. Remember Trump lost the popular vote so did he have a mandate?  In a 2 party system you only have a winner and a loser. The winner has the mandate, the loser doesn't. That's as simple as that

Latinos in Florida voted for Trump as many of them are from Cuban or Venezuelan background who "fled Socialism/Communism" at home - they love Trump's hardman attitude to their respective homelands and are clearly thick enough to believe that a vote for Biden is a vote for communism (this is genuinely what a lot of them are saying). Latinos in other parts of the States are more likely to be of Mexican or other Latino backgrounds.

Hispanics tend to be socially conservative. Democrats have had sense of entitlement to their vote for too long.

These theories about fear of communism / Catholicism / innate conservative bias among Latinos are exceptionally sweeping. The one that claimed Latinos en masse have fallen foul of propaganda regarding America going communist, is an extraordinary comment. There is a chance that Latinos in Florida have a good life. Or at least a demonstrably better life than their family members / ascendants from "home". So they might not want change.

Actually, the racism there is primarily coming from you and your assertions about Latinos. What is evident and should have been for years is that Latinos are not a homogenous block. This appears to be major news on the networks.
