The real laoislad your obviously a liverpool fan with your blantant and your unbelievable dislike to christiano ronaldo and saying you see nothing else but a liverpool win at the riverside and rafa is stil to get a win there with his first goal ( a belter at that) yesterday... plus calling newcastle to draw wit united... close call though :D :D :D

my accumalator bet yesterday was let down ny watford at preston... was set for about £400 with wigan watford grimsby nottsforest west brom for a £10 stake :( :( :(

on the plus side me and 2 mates do a lucky 15 goalscorer where we pick a goalscorer each (normally a striker) and take turns each week to pick the 4th were it has to be an outsider...
I picked ronaldo...cert 4/1 (although rooney should have had at least 2 before him)
one mate picked anelka... non-runner
other mate picked  kenny miller... non-runner
mate who picked anelka was his turn to pick the 'wangeroo' and he is an everton fan and yes he picked Joleon lescott at 28/1 superb ;D ;D ;D

nice return of £719 split 3 ways £240 £240 £239 for mate who didn't get one in

LaoisLad, I normally agree with those sentiments, but in this instance you shouldn't bother making a comment. Just swallow your pride (and take off the blinkers).

Can anyone tell me what the bookies are laying at home for the champions league?

My sportsbook over here as the gunners at 9-1 for the champions league.

Barcelona 3-1

Man Ure 4-1

£1 bets - it cost £15 total. Maybe the Ronaldo one pays out extra cause he scored more than 1 goal or something?
