Bobby Lennox was a great player too,and one I've had the pleasure of meeting on a few occasions. However Celtic fans were bang on the money when they voted Jinky the Greatest Ever Celt.Any one of the lions will tell you of the abuse, often amounting to savagery, the wee man took every time he stepped on to a football pitch, but still he kept going.

Its like comparing Gareth Bale with Messi or Ronaldo which Tony did last season.
so did Real madrid and put their money where their mouth was

Shamrock Shore

A brilliant character in OFAH. His famous scene where Del Boy falls through the bar counter happened by accident. He was taking part in some other BBC production in the studio and asked to be included in the scene as he had a few hours to spare.

I still laugh when I see this scene.

And don't get me started on his brush.......

deiseach

A damn fine actor. Despite his, er, distinctive appearance - "Why is he called Trigger? Is it because he has a gun?" "No, it's because he looks like a horse." - I never thought of Trigger in his other roles. RIP.

EC Unique

My favourite OFAH character.

''I never met my father....he died 2 years before I was born!''

RIP.
