Roseyland

Congrats to Tyrrelspass yesterday on becoming the first Westmeath team since the Downs in 1973 to reach the Leinster Final. Penalty the real talking point though, very harsh on GK. Not 100% on rules but from what i can gather, a goalkeeper can not be tackled inside the small square, if a goalkeeper fouls inside the small square, then a penalty is awarded, outside the square then a 14 yard free. Maybe I'm wrong, can someone verify....

Hard luck to Tyrrellspass and Rosemount, both fell at the final hurdle. Goals killed it for Tyrrellspass, keeper should have saved the first one and if that goal had been allowed to stand before half time it could have been all so different. Flan will have to look to the county now for that Leinster medal...

you got to be kidding- tyrellspass wouldn't make the latter stages of the dublin championship. No disrespect to them but they were outclassed yesterday. it's a different level. vincents will ahve to improve to beat crosmaglen -yesterday would be nowhere near good enough- but it was all too easy yesterday.

If they were able to call on blow ins they'd easily win the dublin championship. Now there's a statement that's equally as ignorant as yours!!!

two ignorant statements dont make a wise statement!  ;D

INDIANA

our catchment area wouldn't be much bigger than yours there are about 6 clubs within 5 miles plus the draw of soccer and rugby- so our playing base is quite small funny enough. 3 outside players is hardly crucial cosidering none of them are senior inter county footballers anymore . i just made a point that the standard of the other 3 provincial championships is higher than leinster and that while dublin isn't a great standard it's better than the rest.
Ulster is by far and away the best hence cross's domination.

No, u came in swinging acting all high and mighty, u have form in this regard, only thing that was missing was the caps lock...

p.s. Tyrrellspass ain't my home club and would have a population base of a couple of thousand, similar to Rhode who beat the Dublin champions last year...

Just for the record Indiana, Hugh Coghlan, the Vincent's midfielder, who was injured in the first half is a current inter county player and played for Tipperary against Cork in the Munster SFC semi final in June.
