Tony McEntee on sideline yesterday.Did he appeal his suspension?

I think he might have gone to the Mick Barrett school of ban avoidance

Anytime Mayo tried to break quickly they were fouled, it was definite tactic and barely a name taken, D O'Connor was targeted too; Thought he was fouled a lot.

And they have it down to a fine art, this disguising of the foul is near impossible for the ref to call it.

I was watching it in a pub without volume but it looked like James McCarthy caught him with a very dirty slap in the face in the first half. No doubting the intentionality of it.

Keegan must of received a thousand  punches into the chest off the ball . I dont know does it effect the likes of keegan in the slightest but its  a horrible way of getting to a smaller lad, evan regan was targeted every single game ive watched him play.

Well done Dublin, well deserved their win. Although from our point of view, you'd have to rue the missed frees, gallagher's goal chance and the relatively handy nature of the second goal which really finished the game as a contest. Regardless, I think Dublin had more gears to go through but it would have been nice to push them closer than we did. Some individual players had tough games but hopefully that experience will stand to the younger lads in particular. The poor quality of ball going into the FF line was worrying, hard to see on TV whether it was poor passing or poor movement inside.

That said, it was a better performance than our last two games so hopefully we can continue that in the next three weeks.

Kildare next weekend is a big game, if we win it, they're gone and one win from the last two would likely see us home. Lose it and we're getting very close to the trapdoor.

It's about time we started to learn that 'art' ourselves. Dublin players were given way too much freedom to counter attack and take quick frees. Same story in the Galway and Kerry games. We need to get smart and start tactically fouling around the middle.

Dublin and Kerry have turned the knack of cynical fouling into a form of art. Poor Mickey Harte and his team are novices by comparison. Of the big (bad) two, Kerry are easily the worst and Mayo have no conscientious aversion to fouling either but   are not nearly as cute as either Kerry or Dublin.

Mayo fans talking about the art of fouling, wow.

Mayo are one of the most cynical teams in the country, not to forget dirtiest.

Played at their own game and they moan.

They are well able to throw elbows themselves.

Grow a pair.

Hard luck to the genuine Mayo fans out there, not going well but its all about the summer and with players to come back in.

Dublin grow stronger and stronger and with Con and couple of others to come back in too.

Colm Parkinson critical of O'Connor on his podcast saying he's goes down to easily and its stopping Mayo from breaking quickly.
