Quote from: TwoUpTwoDown on February 13, 2024, 11:04:01 AMI think he moved from St Ciarans in 6th yearQuote from: Aaron Boone on February 13, 2024, 10:45:54 AMOmagh's catchment area has been pretty constant over the generations, but it hasn't been diminished in the last 20 years by the newer/ambitious/rival schools.
It's a big school but not huge like St Columb's Derry.
St Michael's Enniskillen has equally wide catchment.
CBS feels like its getting smaller if anything? The last two panels have had nobody from Errigal Ciaran etc. While during the noughties I remember a lot of players from that area. Ronan McRroy and Peter Harte captained them in finals. I think Harte's team had 6 or 7 Errigal lads. Where are they going? St Ciarán's haven't been tearing up any trees in the period in-between.
Quote from: trailer on February 12, 2024, 01:38:09 PMWould be useful for UU players to win the Sigerson. They'd at least have something worthwhile to put on their CVs.
Quote from: rrhf on February 12, 2024, 01:16:27 PMThe team lineouts displayed over a soccer graphic has become a favourite of mine as of lateQuote from: ClubScene13 on February 11, 2024, 03:59:57 PMEmbarrassing from BBCSNI from start to finish here.Maybe its the move from St Patricks day for the MacRory cup but whole BBC presentation and build up was poor. Having been so good in the past at previewing and covering the final, how and why has the ball been dropped. This used to be a live TV event..
Quote from: Pub Bore on February 05, 2024, 01:52:36 PMSwann would likely win that seat too as he would get a lot of tactical anti DUP votesQuote from: Pub Bore on February 05, 2024, 01:27:33 PMQuote from: Dougal Maguire on February 05, 2024, 12:38:12 PMQuote from: Pub Bore on February 05, 2024, 10:31:00 AMIdiotic by McNulty. First day back at Stormont and the SDLP lose an MLA and a UUP MLA has a go at party colleague Robin Swann!Who had a go at Swann?
Andy Allen criticised his decision to stand for Westminster and become a minister in the Executive.
Apparently UUP now discussing Swann not running for Westminster. Major f**k up as Swann was actually moving to run in a UUP target seat.

The Finance person I have never heard of. In a normal government finance is serious post, with an experienced person. In NI, SF seem to think ministries should be shuffled around for some other objective other than experience.
Quote from: HalfBack7 on February 02, 2024, 03:35:23 PMAnyone seen the league dates proposed at the meeting with Junior clubs last night. It's great that the CCC are meeting clubs and open to fixing the club seasons. But a few concerns jumped out at me when I seen the proposed dates. No, but can you please post?
March 10th Start for reserves, too short notice. Club should have been informed earlier
6 games in 3 and a half weeks for juniors clubs s at the end of the season before championship, 8 games in 4 and a half weeks at senior and intermediate at the end of the season.
Business end of the minor season (League Playoffs and Championship games) pencilled in for July and August when families are on holidays cause lets face it not too many families organise their holidays around the July break anymore.
Not sure how well the clash between end of U14/U18 season and start of U16 season will work either. Maybe for the bigger clubs it will be ok. But for smaller clubs who's U16's are made up of players who are playing multiple age groups it is going to be hard to manage.
Those are the
Quote from: God14 on February 01, 2024, 11:56:54 AMCormac Quinn didnt play last night Sigerson - id guess he is out for Sunday after coming off injured against the Rossies. If Kilpatrick doesnt get the suspension overturned in time, we are already looking at two enforced changes to an already inexperienced starting 15Any word on King Conn's appeal?
Any word on Joe Oguz? I didnt see him on the sidelines last Sunday.
