Only mystery is how Nemo didn't win by so much more. Destroyed Crokes.

Really good game, Nemo have it in their locker to get another All Ireland, can't beat tradition, hopefully Kerrigan isn't to badly hurt, he was flying up and down the pitch, his pace is unreal, Connelly had one of those days where every touch produced a score

Connelly has been at the level of performance all year. 2.5 months is a long wait though, so there will be no formlines coming in to semi. Tomas O'Se should be back by that stage too, which will be a huge boost for Nemo.

Kerrigan is suddenly a hard man when he's winning. Should be cited and put out of the semi-final.

He can't be, the referee dealt with it. Gave him a yellow.

I thought it was the FF and a Crokes player that got carded in the ensuing melee. If he's not out after that it's a joke.

Gumley?  I don't think so, but you could be right, I haven't seen it back.

It wasn't the grey haired lad now I think of it, but it definitely wasn't Kerrigan. If he was carded for it must have been before it and I missed it.

Carded for what? It was a rough tackle but par for the course during this game, Crokes were pulling and hauling all game

An elbow to the face isn't even close to being a tackle. Incredibly dangerous play.

From the Bunker

Crokes very cynical. Continuously pulling down players. There were a few nasty incidents in the second half from both teams with Crokes being the main culprits. Gooch got a free near the end for barging straight into a player. Gooch did his best to referee the game, but in fairness the Referee did not listen much to his guff.

An Gaeltacht win the Intermediate Championship. Easy for them given they really play in a Senior B Championship in Kerry. They will more than likely hockey their way to an AI title!

Rudi

No love lost between Kerry and Cork sides. Gooch was ratty throughout and it lead to a relatively poor performance from him. Kerrigan was excellent, however his effort at a tackle near the end should warrant a 3 game ban. Overall really good game for this time of year, thought Nemo were excellent.
