A winters Tale - I really enjoyed their  Made in heaven album , released  after Freddie died.  Im far from Queen's biggest fan , but that song   was  like a poem  by Freddie from beyond the grave.  Really haunting  song with  great vocals

I remember at the time it sent chills through the whole  nationalist community. Just listening to Talkback and Trevor Birney talking about and how attacking someone like Sean Brown was a deliberate ploy as he was decent and could not be associated with any paramilitary organisation. It was purely to put fear and Terror through a whole community by striking at its centre.

We had just won the AI and had beaten Bellaghy in the Ulster final before Christmas 1996. Is he really that bad an appointment compared to ETH? The number of shots that United concede is absolutely shocking and this mainly due to the gaps between defence, midfield and up front so easy to play through. Southgate would  have them a more stable outfit and has got big performances from Rashford in the past.  Could be possibly get a tune out of Sancho?

The relationship with ETH and Rashford is clearly fractured and I doubt he will regain any type of form with him at the helm.  Southgate is certainly a better option than ETH at this stage. 

Played through by a championship team at the weekend but sure just stick with him hes doing a great job.

Looking back, it's really disturbing the things that went on. The LVF weren't active (militarily) for long but were able to engage almost seamlessly in a sectarian campaign against the Catholic population. Its two senior leaders conveniently topped, one of whom was a suspect in Sean Brown's murder. It's almost as if the LVF were allowed to exist until they outlived their usefulness.

Civil War is pretty good. Has some hard hitting scenes. Hard to imagine them making a film about half of America hating the president before the Trump era.

It's definitely worth a watch. 7/10

I didn't  watch the match  live , so didn't know who won,  and  wanted to find out  later instead.

THose "highlights", I actually thought were  from a previous year!  They didn't even give the  final score, just  a couple of scores and a few  interviews.  Awful stuff.

Well just home and haven't watched anything back on TV yet. I thought in extra time we had a free or two we should've got but didn't but the overcarrying by o rourke was correct call. Wasn't his fault though as he was isolated and got no help. From a Cavan perspective we have to look at how we set up in 1st half, playing that cagey shite that Tyrone love. Gave them an 8 point lead and then started to play. We need to go for it from the start. A proud effort from the lads that just came up short

Very disappointed that Coldrick on I think 3 occasions did not follow the rules and ask "injured" Tyrone players to go to the line. No excuse for that.

The league finals are  Being devalued, the provincial championship is being devalued (more than it was before ) . The only thing  left    to do is bring a  provincial final to Paris , Texas or Madagascar. Then  they can really pull the plug.

He didn't even play enough time to cover the wasting at the last Morgan free lad...

From  when the free  was awarded to Morgan kicking  it  was roughly a minute. Ref played  about 45 seconds  over the 2 minutes , so  technically 15 seconds short.

But aren't players  allowed the 15 seconds to kick a free? So that evens it out

If the ref thought Morgan took too long then he would've cancelled the free, not added on 20 seconds at the end.

Refs rarely blow  for frees taking too long , especially  with goalkeepers coming  all the way up the field.

Countdown  clock like the ladies game , is badly badly needed
