Quote from: seafoid on March 02, 2024, 05:49:29 PMGaza could lose Biden the election. It is already damaging Starmer.
The funny thing is the other side would be as bad or worse in both cases. If either had a set of balls or a shred of decency between them they'd take a proper stand.

Not really. 7% of the prison population identify as travellers. Only 0.7% of overall population identify as travellers.

Near as bad as a certain demographic in America. But sure we're all racists if we mention either.

Derry doing the right thing resting boys imo, safe now and probably still will have enough to make a league final though if they want.  Dublin flying and still men to come back, they're very good and up to the rest to up their game now to match them.

Would like to see how Derry/Galway/Donegal or ourselves would get on against them in championship football, reckon they aren't that far ahead.

Quote from: gallsman on March 02, 2024, 06:20:41 PMDerry won't care and the narrative will be about them having half a team out but there have been some very poor performances there tonight. Dubs much more physical in almost every tackle. McGuigan (who has been decent) got out-jumped by Murchan for a goal chance FFS.
The same boy was out jumping Clifford last week. Check him for ped's ;)

Quote from: 5times5times on March 02, 2024, 09:45:22 PMCavan really should be nowhere near div2 next year if results go their way.

Meath should have been home & hosed with the goal chances.
They aren't anywhere near Donegal and ourselves imo. Similar to Dubs and Derry last year ourselves and Donegal are too good for division 2 imo.

It'll always mean something to Ulster people imo unless we see a team turn into Dublin/Kerry and win 9 outta 10 regularly. Realistically it'll be once in a blue moon that an Ulster team will be in top 2 favourites for the all ireland and ulster is obviously the next biggest prize.

Quote from: Brendan on March 02, 2024, 09:43:50 AMAside from the costs its the bad look of the thing, filled once or twice a year, is there any county that actually needs their full capacity these days, Kerry for the odd league game? The crowds at the round Robin games last year were piss poor then its into croker anyway after that
When did an Ulster final last attract a crowd over 30k.
Was Clones not sold out last year or very close to it? How many does it hold?

Mehole and Varadkar won't want to piss off their EU masters and miss out on handy jobs in a few years. Ambassador should have been chased from the place years ago.

Could the title of this thread not be changed to Israel genocide in Gaza?

I would be very surprised if this match goes ahead with the amount of snow that has fallen .

Whats options if not? Move to Armagh? Play it Sunday?

Quote from: gawa316 on March 01, 2024, 04:40:55 PMWould he not be better just to keep the head down and let his performances and work do the talking? It's not like he's getting a hard time for nothing
Yeah exactly. Said it a million times if he would just put the work in I wouldn't complain. Antony, McTominay and others havent a quarter of his ability but they put a shift in usually which is the bare minimum ffs.

Quote from: Armagh18 on February 29, 2024, 10:25:41 PMSee Rashford has some shite on his social media giving out about people questioning his commitment. Be better off doing his talking on the pitch. If he'd put a shift in I honestly wouldnt mind if he wasn't playing well but the effort just isn't there.

Got to the stage where he wants to ride the wave of being the local boy doing good when things are going well, but when they aren't going well he doesn't want the attention that comes with being the local boy.

Genuine question:

Would Rashford  be gone from  United if it wasn't  for his school dinner  thing?
Think he'd still be there given he'd a couple of very good seasons (goal scoring wise), his all round play, attitude and workrate was still poor.

Actually maybe not even seasons more like periods of a few months. If PSG were to come in I'd bite their hand off

We've named the same team that was named last week which had late changes then. I'd say we'll see more changes to that 15 this week. Hope to see the 2 O'Neills get at least a half each.

Should be shown the door with his mates Pogba/Lingard/Sancho. Attitude stinks.
